Common questions

What does "8 sermons per month" actually mean?
One sermon = one upload + processing run. Re-rendering clips from a sermon you've already uploaded doesn't count. We measure on calendar months and reset on the 1st.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial is fully functional with no card required. We only ask for payment if you decide to keep using it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in your Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds.
Where do my files live?
On our server in the US. We hold original uploads for 14 days then auto-delete them to save disk; final clips, transcripts, and the SermonAudio package stay as long as your subscription is active.
Can my media volunteer have their own login?
Yes — on the Church and Multi-site plans. Each member gets their own account so audit logs and email notifications go to the right person.
What if I outgrow my plan mid-month?
Hit the cap and the upload button shows an upgrade prompt. One click upgrades, and your remaining sermons reset to the new cap immediately.
